Shira designed the materials for Cornell University Garden-Based Learning‘s “Dig Art!,” a project guide for educators working with youth that integrates gardening with the arts. The activities featured in the curriculum support youth to creatively express themselves and their garden experiences through gourd art, printmaking, time-lapse photography, and other creative projects.
